Silverfish (Sphyraenidae) is a family of finfish known for its large size (some species are up to 1.85 m (6 ft) in length and up to 30 cm in width. These fish have a long, relatively compact body, covered with small, smooth scales, found in subtropical and tropical ocean waters.


To make the dried fish, the first and most important is the raw material.
