Talking about sea fish,

Silverfish
(Sphyraenidae) is a family of finfish known for its large size (some species
are up to 1.85 m (6 ft) in length and up to 30 cm in width. These fish have a
long, relatively compact body, covered with small, smooth scales, found in
subtropical and tropical ocean waters.
To make the dried fish,
the first and most important is the raw material. Must be the freshwater fish
caught from the sea, cleaned, rubbed off, scabbed, removed head and split and
salted dried in 2-4 sunshine. The dried fish quality must be exposed to the
sun, avoid sun exposure will affect the quality of fish meat.
